Deposit limits

You can set limits on the net amount you deposit in our Control Centre. A limit applies only to the account you set it on, so set it separately on any other brand account you hold.

Time reminders

Choose Time Spent Reminder under Controls in the Control Centre, pick a period and click Set. A new or changed reminder starts at your next login.

Take a Break

You can pause your account for one day (24 hours), two days, seven days, fourteen days, one month or six weeks. We suspend your account on the brand you choose only, and a new account opened on that brand during the break may also be suspended. You can request a break through live chat or online in your account.

Self-exclusion

If you need a longer stop, you can self-exclude. For UK customers, we extend a new self-exclusion to related accounts we identify with 888casino, 888poker, 888sport, 777, William Hill and Mr Green. When the period ends, you need to ask our live chat team to reactivate the account, and a one day cooling-off period applies first.

GAMSTOP
